Domestic Orders

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

 

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $6 with UPS (allow 5 business days).

 

Express Delivery options: UPS 2-day ($18), UPS Overnight ($40) for orders placed before 1pm.

 

Orders over $500 require a signature.

 

Please note this excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Please note: we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

International orders

Orders placed on this website (www.goinmok.com) can be shipped to the following locations:

Canada, Mexico, Central America, & South America: $25 delivery charge

International orders are shipped with DHL and typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days.

Please note that these delivery charges do not include local duty and taxes, which will need to be paid through the courier before your package is delivered.

Customers outside of the Norway, Canada, Central and South America can get faster and cheaper shipping options by selecting our Norway store in the country selector at the bottom of this website

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Free US Returns up to 30 days

We offer prepaid postage on US items returned or exchanged within 30 days.

To return or exchange an item, simply login to our online returns portal to print a prepaid USPS return label.

 

Refunds

Goods returned from the US should receive a refund within 5 working days.

Please note that goods need to be returned in good condition, undamaged, and with all their original tags to qualify for a refund.
